Streets Projects, 1986

Winter is over, so it must be time for the other Minnesota season, road construction. Now that the frost is gone, it’s a good time to dig in and get to work.

    Kathie, not just you–I don’t see the first two pics either.

    I’ll add my 2 cents to what others have said elsewhere on this site: I love the News Tribune Attic. I moved from Duluth 25 years ago after growing up there. I still read the online News-Tribune most days, and the pictures and stories in the Attic bring back a lot of great memories.
